The Commercial Account Assistant:

• Provide daily support to Producers and Account Managers.
• Provide daily support to Commercial Lines clients as needed.
• Assist in the coordination of renewal and re-marketing process for assigned clients.
• New client set up and initial review of applications as assigned.
• Open and sort incoming mail, scanning and attaching in CRM.
• Support the company's strategies through prospecting and special projects as assigned.

• An active P&C license is required, or the ability to obtain within a specified time period.
• At least one year of experience in the field of commercial lines administration, marketing, and/or insurance carrier/vendor experience..
• Outstanding customer service and business writing skills essential.
